The insurance landscape has shifted. Today’s consumers no longer want to play "phone tag" with agents; they demand immediate, digital accessibility. Perkins Insurance Agency currently faces the challenge of modernizing its client acquisition funnel without losing the "human touch" that builds long-term loyalty.
The goal of this project is to bridge the gap between traditional reliability and modern convenience. We aren't just building a website; we are building a 24/7 digital office that respects the client's time and provides the Perkins team with a streamlined, organized workflow.
Mobile-First Booking Architecture
With over 60% of insurance-related searches occurring on smartphones, our solution treats mobile as the primary experience, not an afterthought.
The "Thumb-Zone" Design: All booking buttons and form fields are placed within easy reach of a user's thumb, reducing "friction" and abandonment.
Adaptive Calendars: On desktop, the booking system displays a full monthly grid. On mobile, it automatically transforms into a sleek, vertical scroll of dates and times to prevent zooming or horizontal scrolling.
